This week was a lovely one, filled with arranging flowers for sweethearts, sunny skies and freshly fallen snow. Yesterday I thought I saw an iris bulb peeking out from the ground. I had planned on taking a closer look today but the garden was covered with snow that had fallen in the night. There might be a struggle between wanting things to hurry up and allowing things to happen as they should . . . I know there is with me. Could be with the iris as well.
So here are the snapshots of today.
They say for us to enjoy today because another big snowstorm is on it's way. So we went downtown to the junk stores and explored for awhile. We came back with no treasures and only one picture of our day. The pantry is stocked with good things in case we can't get out, and when I can part from the fireplace, there's curtains to sew and an office redo in the works.

Love your snapshots! It sounds like you have some wonderful things planned for the week ahead.

ReplyDeleteI love the white flowers
Apparently we are supposed to be having some snow tonight. The perspectives you show are so genuine. (daisies were my wedding flower, so they are dear to me in more ways than one)
